main lessons:
Trust your instinct. if you are not sure about a decision, simply choose one path and listen to the way your body your heart and your gut react to that choice. if it feels comfortable it is right, if there is hesitation or resistance, it is not.
believe in what you want and that it is possible and that you Deserve it
evaluate relationships and activities on the basis of how much energy they cost you and how much you are recieving
anxiety is a trap where you imagine all the negative things and consequently only notice and bring about that negativity
trust the universe and make good choices and believe that things will work out well
treat all others with positivity and love for the more love you put out that more you will receive
in order to be with someone else happily you must first be happy with yourself.
